  • cup flour gluten free 1 to 1 or all purpose
  • 3 tbsp avocado oil or olive oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • cup chocolate chips
  • pinch salt optional, sea salt

Instructions

  1. First, preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk eggs vigorously for 2 minutes.
  3. Then, add in brownie mix, flour, avocado oil and vanilla extract. Stir until a thick dough is formed.
  4. Fold in chocolate chips.
  5. Use an ice cream scoop to scoop balls of dough onto lined baking pan.
  6. Bake for 10 minutes or until cookies are just barely done in the middle.
  7. Finally, remove from oven. Cool on pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to finish cooling.
