- 32 ounces Brussels sprouts cut in half
- 16 ounces Bacon cut into 1 inch strips
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 3 ½ Tablespoons pure maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions
- Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside. Preheat oven to 450℉.
- Add Brussels sprouts, bacon, olive oil, and maple syrup in a large mixing bowl and mix until the oil and maple syrup coat everything.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking sheet, and sprinkle the pepper and salt.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes.
