  • 32 ounces Brussels sprouts cut in half
  • 16 ounces Bacon cut into 1 inch strips
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 3 ½ Tablespoons pure maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside. Preheat oven to 450℉.
  2. Add Brussels sprouts, bacon, olive oil, and maple syrup in a large mixing bowl and mix until the oil and maple syrup coat everything.
  3. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking sheet, and sprinkle the pepper and salt.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
  5. Then, broil them for 4 minutes for a crunchy, caramelized crust.
  6. Serve and enjoy!
