                                Ingredients
- 1 roll refrigerated pizza dough or ½ pound homemade pizza dough
 - ¾ cup blue cheese dressing divided, or ranch dressing
 - 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
 - ½ cup buffalo sauce
 - 2 tablespoons Thinly sliced red onion
 - 2 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese
 - ¼ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
 - 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
 - 1 green onion thinly sliced
 
Instructions
- Place a baking sheet or pizza stone in the oven. Preheat the oven to 475°F.
 - Roll out the pizza dough to a 14-inch circle on a piece of parchment paper.
 - Spread ½ cup of dressing over the pizza dough.
 - Toss the chicken with buffalo sauce and spread it over the dough with the sliced red onion.
 - Sprinkle the mozzarella and parmesan cheese on top.
 - Transfer the pizza to the preheated baking sheet or pizza stone and bake for 15-18 minutes or until crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
 - Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped cilantro and green onion. Drizzle with the remaining dressing.
 
Notes
- Start with room temperature dough. It's easier to shape.
 - Preheating the pan or a pizza stone is the secret to perfect homemade pizza.
 - Baking at a high temperature ensures a crispy crust and brown bubbly cheese on top.
