Ingredients

  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup hot sauce like Frank's
  • ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ green cabbage thinly sliced, large
  • 2 celery finely diced, large ribs
  • ½ white onion finely diced, medium
  • 2 tablespoons chives chopped
  • 1 cup blue cheese crumbled

Instructions

  1. In a medium size bowl whisk together the mayonnaise, hot sauce, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, and salt.
  2. In a large mixing bowl toss together the green cabbage, celery, white onion, half the chives, and half the blue cheese.
  3. Add the dressing to the cabbage and toss together.
  4. Serve the coleslaw with a drizzle of hot sauce, and the remaining chives and blue cheese sprinkled on top.
