Buffalo Corn on the Cob Recipe

Buffalo Corn on the Cob features fresh corn grilled until tender with slight char, then brushed with a creamy, spicy buffalo sauce made from melted butter, mayonnaise, and hot sauce. It is finished with crumbled blue cheese and chopped herbs for tang and freshness. The dish offers a smoky, rich, and spicy twist on traditional grilled corn.

Description

This Buffalo Corn on the Cob starts by grilling shucked corn cobs over medium heat, turning to cook evenly and develop slight char marks for smoky flavor. Meanwhile, a buffalo sauce is prepared by melting salted butter and mixing it with mayonnaise and hot sauce, creating a creamy and spicy coating.

Once grilled, the corn is brushed generously with the buffalo sauce, then sprinkled with blue cheese crumbles which add a sharp tang and creamy contrast. Garnishing with chopped parsley or chives introduces a fresh herbal note and color.

The dish is served hot, typically as a flavorful side or snack that combines smoky grilled corn sweetness with the heat and richness of buffalo flavor. It’s suitable for barbecues, casual meals, or as a comforting treat.
