Buffalo Deviled Eggs

All the classic flavors of buffalo wings stuffed into eggs. It makes the perfect appetizer to serve at your next party or game day!

Ingredients
- 10 whole eggs hard boiled
- ¼ cup cream cheese
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons blue cheese dressing
- 1 ½ tablespoons hot sauce I use Frank’s
- Pinch of celery salt
- ¼ cup blue cheese crumbles for garnish
- Optional Sliced celery and blue cheese crumbles for garnish

Instructions
- Hard boil the eggs as detailed in the notes.
- Cut them in half. Scoop out the yolks and add them to a mixing bowl.
- Add in the remaining ingredients and mix using a hand mixer or by hand. Add the mixture into the halved egg whites, I like to pipe using a star tip.
- Top with the (optional) blue cheese crumbles and sliced celery and serve! You can make these ahead of time, just store them in the fridge in this deviled eggs container until you are ready to serve.
Notes
- How to Make the Perfect Hard Boiled Eggs
- Add the eggs to a saucepan and pour enough cold water to cover the eggs. Add in a splash of white vinegar and pinch of salt.
- Bring to a boil, turn the heat down to a simmer and set a timer for 10 minutes. After the 10 minutes, add the eggs in a bowl with cold water and allow to sit for 10 minutes before peeling.
- This method works perfectly for me every time and I find the shells are much easier to peel!
