Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups moringa leaves aka malunggay leaves
  • 1 spinach bunch fresh
  • 1 fish stock cube Knorr brand
  • 5 pieces Indian eggplant cut into half
  • 10 pieces okra
  • 1 sponge gourd sliced, medium patola
  • ½ papaya sliced into wedges, small unripe
  • 2 cups calabaza squash cubed
  • 2 tomato wedged, medium
  • 1 onion wedged, medium
  • 3 ginger crushed, thumbs
  • 4 cloves garlic crushed
  • 4 to 6 cups water
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper

Instructions

  1. Pour water into a cooking pot. Let boil.
  2. Add garlic, ginger, and onion. Cover and cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Put the tomato, unripe papaya, and kalabasa into the pot. Cover and cook in medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes.
  4. Add eggplant, okra, and patola. Cook for 3 to 5 minutes.
  5. Add Knorr Fish Cube. Stir. Continue to cook for 2 minutes.
  6. Put the malunggay leaves and spinach in the pot. Season with ground black pepper and salt.
  7. Tranfer to a serving bowl. Serve.
  8. Share and enjoy!
