Description

Ingredients
- 16 oz burrata cheese try to get two 8oz balls
- 2 teaspoons balsamic glaze
- 2-4 basil chopped, fresh leaves
- 8 lices prosciutto
- 1 pear thinly sliced, ripe
- 8 dates , pitted
- fig jam or peach or apricot jam
- petite toasts or pita chips
- Pita chips or pita chips
- marcona almond or shelled pistachios
Instructions
- Place Burrata on serving board. Arrange other board elements—pear, prosciutto, dates, jam, toasts and nuts-- around it. Drizzle burrata with balsamic reduction and top with basil.
Notes
- Fresh peaches can be used in place of pears to vary the fruit component.
