Cajun Chicken Pasta
Description
The Cajun Chicken Pasta features boneless skinless chicken breasts seasoned with Cajun spice, grilled to develop a flavorful crust and juicy interior. Penne pasta is cooked and coated in a sauce made by simmering heavy cream, butter, and Parmesan cheese until thickened. The sauce provides rich creaminess that balances the bold Cajun spice. Diced tomatoes and sliced green onions are added on top, giving a fresh contrast in texture and flavor. The pasta and chicken are combined just before serving to maintain distinct textures and flavors.
The dish can be served as a standalone entrée and is satisfying due to its creamy sauce and substantial protein portion. The use of Cajun seasoning imparts a distinct spice profile without overwhelming the palate.
