Ingredients
- 1 lb red potatoes quartered
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp kosher salt
- ¼ tsp oregano
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp paprika
- ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
- ⅛ tsp thyme leaves
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a large bowl, toss the quartered red potatoes with the minced garlic and olive oil.
- In a small bowl, combine the black pepper, kosher salt, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, cayenne pepper and thyme leaves.
- Sprinkle the spice mixture over the potatoes and toss to coat.
- Spread the potatoes out in an even layer on a baking sheet and place in the oven for 30-35 minutes or until crispy.
Notes
- Type of potatoes: gold or purple potatoes can also be used in this recipe instead of red potatoes.
