Ingredients
- 1½ oz Campari (Or another Italian Amaro aperitif)
- 1½ oz gin
- 1 oz lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
- 1 oz simple syrup
- 1½ oz egg white
- ice
- aromatic bitters
Instructions
- Add 1 oz of room temperature water to a cocktail shaker with the Campari, gin, lemon juice and simple syrup.Shake for 10-20 seconds then remove the lid and pop in a couple of ice cubes.Shake again for 10-20 seconds
- Pour the cocktail into a waiting glass with a few more ice cubes along with all the foam.
- Dot a few dots of aromatic bitters on top and you're done!
