Candied Sweet Potatoes are just that, sweet and tender, juicy, bright orange sweet potatoes that will warm your home and melt in your mouth! Only 3 ingredients is all you need!

Ingredients
- 4-5 large sweet potatoes
- ½ cup butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Rinse and scrub 4-5 large sweet potatoes. Peel and slice the potatoes to about ¼-inch thick.
- In a medium-sized saucepan, add ½ cup butter and melt over medium-high heat. Add 1 cup brown sugar and stir.
- Add the sweet potatoes to a 13 x 9 x 2-inch dish, and pour the brown sugar butter mixture on top. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove the foil and stir. Bake for 10-15 minutes until sweet potatoes are tender. Let sit for about 10 minutes to let the sauce thicken before serving.
