Cannoli Dip
Description
The Cannoli Dip recipe mixes softened cream cheese and ricotta cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla extract, resulting in a smooth and creamy base. Miniature chocolate chips are folded into the mixture, providing small bursts of chocolate throughout the dip. The method requires no baking, simply mixing the ingredients until fully combined, making it a quick dessert option.
The texture is creamy and slightly dense, reminiscent of the traditional cannoli filling but with less complexity. The dip can be served chilled alongside broken waffle cones or graham crackers, which add a crunchy contrast to the softness of the dip.
After preparation, leftovers should be refrigerated in an airtight container and can be stored for up to 5-7 days, allowing for convenient make-ahead use or gradual consumption.
