Ingredients

  • 15 ounces ricotta cheese whole milk
  • 8 ounces mascarpone cheese
  • ¾ cup Monk Fruit Sweetener powdered, or allulose
  • cup heavy cream
  • orange zest of ½
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • Pinch salt
  • chocolate chips sugar-free, for topping, optional

Instructions

  1. Add the ricotta and mascarpone cheeses to a mixing bowl.
  2. Whip using a hand mixer until combined and fluffy.
  3. Add in the sweetener, heavy cream, orange zest, vanilla extract and salt.
  4. Continue mixing until well combined.
  5. Chill in the fridge until you are ready to serve. Then top with the (optional) sugar-free chocolate chips right before serving.
