A cappuccino is a drink of Italian origin composed of coffee and milk steamed until frothy, and topped with cocoa and/or cinnamon powder.

Ingredients
- ½ cup whole milk
- 1 oz. espresso coffee
- sugar , to taste
- cocoa , and/or cinnamon powder
Equipment
- Espresso machine
- Milk frother
Instructions
- Prepare espresso according to the espresso machine instructions or with a Moka espresso maker.
- Then pour the espresso into a large cup.
- Steam the milk according to the espresso machine instructions until it reaches around 150 F (65°C).
- Then froth the milk using a milk frother.
- Carefully pour the frothed milk over the espresso and add a little foam on top.
- Sprinkle with a pinch of cocoa powder and/or cinnamon.
- Enjoy immediately.
