This caprese focaccia sandwich is really easy to make, but full of bright colors and flavors.

Ingredients
- 1 chunk focaccia (assumes ¼ of my homemade focaccia recipe)
- 2 slices tomato
- 2 slices mozzarella
- 1 tablespoon pesto approx

Instructions
- Cut a sandwich-sized chunk of focaccia and slice it through the middle.
- Slice some tomato and mozzarella.
- Spread the bottom side of the bread with pesto, top with mozzarella and tomato.
- Put the top half of the focaccia on top and enjoy.
