  • 1 microwave popcorn popped, package popped or 1/2 cup regular popcorn
  • ½ cup butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp corn syrup
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 25 marshmallows giant ones

Instructions

  1. Remove any unpopped kernels.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Melt butter in a pan over low heat.
  4. Add brown sugar, corn syrup and vanilla and stir to blend.
  5. Add marshmallow and stir until marshmallows are melted.
