Carne asada beef nachos are a crowd-pleasing dish featuring crispy tortilla chips layered with juicy, marinated beef, melted cheese, and a variety of toppings, creating a perfect blend of textures and flavors in every bite.

Ingredients
- 14 oz tortilla chips
- 3 cups carne asada I used the Trader Joes preseasoned one and cooked it in a crockpot on low for ten hours, cooked, shredded
- ½ cup Queso cheese white
- ½ cup onion red, chopped
- ½ cup jalapeños pickled
- 1 cup Mexican cheese blend shredded
- ½ cup cilantro chopped
- ¼ cup tomato chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400ºF.
- On a large baking sheet, pour the bag of chips out and cover the baking sheet evenly. Spread the carne asada out evenly over the chips. Add the onions, pickled jalapenos, shredded cheese, and onion.
- Bake for about ten minutes and then take the nachos out. Add the queso and put back in the oven for about five minutes.
- Top with cilantro and chopped tomatoes, enjoy!
