This Carrot, Apple and Turmeric Smoothie will get you started off on the right foot.

Ingredients
- 1 cup coconut water
- 1 bunch carrots 4 or 5, cut into 2 inch pieces
- 1 apple cut into 4 pieces (I used Honeycrisp)
- ½ teaspoon Turmeric
- 1 teaspoon honey optional
- 3 cubes ice
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a high-powered blender. If the smoothie is too thick add more coconut water. If it's too thin add another cube of ice or another carrot.
