If you love the flavors of carrot cake then this is the perfect smoothie for you!

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup chopped carrots, shredded if you don't have a high speed blender
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk, or milk of choice
- 1/4 cup plain greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon pecans
- 1 tablespoon rolled oats oats, gluten-free if needed
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened coconut, shredded or flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/2 cup ice
- raisins coconut and cinnamon for toppings (optional)
Add to Shopping List
Instructions
- Combine all of the ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour into two glasses and serve immediately.
Notes
- If you don't have a high speed blender I recommend shredding the carrots so that you don't end up with a chunky smoothie.
