Cheese Tortellini with Meat Sauce
Description
Cheese Tortellini with Meat Sauce features cheese tortellini tossed in a savory meat sauce made from ground beef, onions, garlic, and a jarred marinara sauce. The ground beef is browned and seasoned with salt and black pepper before simmering in marinara to create a rich sauce. The cooked tortellini is then combined with the meat sauce, ensuring the pasta absorbs the flavors. A finishing touch of grated Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley adds depth and freshness to the dish.
The texture of the tortellini remains tender and slightly pillowy, complementing the savory, meaty sauce with hints of garlic and onion. This meal fits well as a comforting option for those who enjoy Italian-style pasta dishes with a balanced meat sauce.
This recipe can be prepared easily using fresh or frozen tortellini, and the use of premade marinara makes the process straightforward while still delivering satisfying flavor.
