Cheeseburger Sliders
Description
Cheeseburger Sliders start with ground beef cooked with onion and garlic, seasoned with salt and pepper, then combined with sweet pickle relish. This mixture is layered on slider buns topped with slices of American cheese. A distinct burger sauce made from mayonnaise, French dressing, sweet pickle relish, minced onion, vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper, and optional hot sauce adds a creamy tang to the sliders.
The sliders bake briefly until cheese melts and bun tops crisp slightly, melding all flavors while keeping the beef juicy and flavorful. The recipe’s layered approach delivers familiar cheeseburger taste in a convenient, small sandwich format, ideal for gatherings or quick meals.
Serving the sliders warm is important to enjoy melted cheese and sauce texture. Optional ketchup and mustard on the bun tops provide additional familiar burger condiments. The dish suits casual meal settings and can accompany simple sides like fries or salad, converting classic cheeseburger elements into a compact format.
