Cheesecake Bites Recipe

Cheesecake Bites are individual creamy rounds made from a blend of cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, and graham cracker crumbs, chilled to hold their shape and dipped in melted chocolate coatings. These small treats combine smooth textures and sweet flavors, finished with decorative drizzles of white chocolate for contrast, suitable as bite-sized desserts or party snacks.

Description

The recipe begins by mixing softened cream cheese and butter until smooth, then folding in graham cracker crumbs. Powdered sugar is incorporated gradually to sweeten and thicken the mixture. After chilling, the batter is scooped into balls, shaped further, and chilled again to firm. Melted chocolate is used to coat these balls completely, providing a firm outer shell that contrasts with the creamy interior. White chocolate is melted and drizzled over the coated bites for decoration. Chilling after coating helps the outer chocolate set firmly.

The final cheesecake bites can be served cold from the refrigerator and stored for several days, or frozen for longer preservation, making them convenient for make-ahead occasions or gifting.
