Cheesecake Stuffed Strawberries Recipe

Cheesecake Stuffed Strawberries consist of hollowed fresh strawberries filled with a smooth, sweetened cream cheese and whipped cream mixture flavored with vanilla. The dessert pairs the freshness and slight tartness of strawberries with the creamy, rich cheesecake filling. Crushed graham crackers add a final crunchy texture, making it a refreshing and bite-sized treat.

Description

To prepare Cheesecake Stuffed Strawberries, fresh strawberries are rinsed, dried, and cored by removing the stem and hollowing out the center in a cone shape. The filling blends softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, whipped cream, and vanilla extract until smooth and fluffy. This mixture is piped into the prepared strawberries using a bag with a cut tip for neat presentation.

The filled strawberries are chilled until serving to let the flavors meld and maintain firmness. Just before serving, crushed graham crackers are sprinkled on top to add texture and a subtle complementary sweetness reminiscent of classic cheesecake crust.

This dessert offers a balanced contrast between juicy fruit and creamy filling, ideal as a light dessert or party finger food.
