Ingredients
- 12 large eggs
- ½ cup milk
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- ½ cup cheddar cheese shredded
- ½ cup Bacon cooked and crumbled

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray. Set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Stir in cheese and bacon.
- Divide the egg mixture evenly between the prepared muffin tin cups.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until muffins are set in the middle.
- Remove from the oven and serve warm.

- To save time, you can use real bacon bits from the grocery store if you prefer.
- Freeze for later: Cool the egg muffing to room temperature. Once cooled, individually wrap them in plastic wrap and then in foil. Store in a freeze-safe food storage bag in the freezer for up to 2 months. Thaw in the fridge overnight.
