Cheesy Bacon Ranch Bean Dip is an easy bean dip with a classic combination of flavors that everyone will love. Zesty ranch beans, cheese, and bacon make this the perfect party dip or appetizer!

Ingredients
- 4 lices Bacon cooked and crumbled
- 8 oz. cream cheese room temperature
- 1 green onion chopped
- 1 Roma tomato chopped
- 2 cans (15 oz) pinto beans rinsed and drained
- ½ cup ranch seasoning
- 2 cups Colby jack cheese shredded
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon parsley dried
Instructions
- Pull out and prep the ingredients.
- Add your beans to mixer.
- Add cream cheese, sour cream, and parsley.
- Then add half the shredded cheese,
- Add bacon and green onion.
- Blend until smooth.
- Add to baking dish. Top with the remaining shredded cheese.
- Add green onion. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from oven and top with chopped tomatoes and green onion. Serve with tortilla chips, vegetables or in a burrito!
Notes
- Tips:
- Bean dip can also be used as an ingredient in burritos and quesadillas!
- Make sure cream cheese is at room temperature before using.
- Grate your cheese for best results. Pre-shredded cheese has preservatives to prevent clumping. In turn, it does not melt as well as freshly shredded cheese.
