Cheesy Bacon Ranch Chicken with Broccoli

This cheesy chicken bake is super easy, with a short list of ingredients and just a few minutes of prep time. The combination of savory ranch, smoky bacon, cheese, and broccoli is so good!

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds chicken breast cut or pounded thin, boneless, skinless
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 3 tablespoons ranch dressing
  • 2 cups broccoli very small bite-sized pieces, chopped florets
  • cups Colby jack cheese shredded
  • ¼ cup bacon bits about 3-4 slices crumbled

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375˚F.
  2. Combine the salt, pepper, and garlic powder and season the chicken on both sides then lay in a large casserole dish.
  3. Spread ranch dressing over the top of each chicken breast, then top with the broccoli florets, cheese, and bacon bits.
  4. Bake for 40-50 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through (165˚F internal temp.)
  5. Once done, remove from the oven and serve immediately.
