Cheesy Taco Pasta
Description
This recipe starts by cooking the pasta shells until tender, which are then drained and set aside. Ground beef is browned in a pan and drained of excess fat. Taco seasoning and water are added to the beef to create a flavorful base as the liquid cooks down. The cooked pasta is returned to the pot, where salsa and shredded cheddar cheese are stirred in to meld all components.
The combination yields a creamy cheesy sauce coating the pasta with well-seasoned beef providing bold flavors. The dish is served immediately, optionally topped with crunchy tortilla chips to add texture contrast.
