Cherry Yogurt Popsicles

Cherry Yogurt Popsicles are a healthy frozen treat that's perfect for summer!

Ingredients

  • 3 cups Greek yogurt 750g
  • 6 Tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 cup Cherry pitted and chopped, 225g
  • 1/2 cup granola gluten free granola, 110g

Instructions

  1. Mix together yogurt and 4 tablespoons of maple syrup.
  2. Combine granola with the remaining maple syrup.
  3. Layer popsicles by dividing the cherries between 6 mold cups.
  4. Add yogurt to each cup, then top with granola.
  5. Freeze overnight (at least 6 hours).

Notes

  • There are 5 Blue Plan SmartPoints in one serving.
  •  
  • You can use either fresh or frozen chopped and pitted cherries.
  • Silicone popsicle molds are the best as you can remove the popsicles easier.
  • Make sure to fill the molds only about four-fifths full, as the popsicles will expand during freezing.
  • Try adding an extra layer of granola in the middle of your popsicles.
  • Sweeten with honey instead of maple syrup, if you prefer.
  • Feel free to swap out the cherries for berries or other sliced fruits, depending on what you have on hand.
