Chicken Apple Sausage Sheet Pan Supper
Description
Chicken Apple Sausage Sheet Pan Supper uses pre-cooked chicken apple sausage sliced and roasted with quartered Brussels sprouts and cubed sweet potatoes. The ingredients are tossed in a simple dressing made from Dijon mustard, balsamic vinegar, maple syrup, and avocado oil to add flavor and help caramelize during roasting.
Roasting at 425°F with a midway toss cooks the vegetables until tender and slightly crispy while warming and browning the sausage slices. Ending with a broil step enhances caramelization and creates golden edges. The dish features a harmonious contrast between sweet, tangy, and savory flavors combined in an easy one-pan meal.
Ideal for a straightforward weeknight dinner, this supper requires minimal prep, and leftovers reheat well. The balance of protein, vegetables, and starch makes it filling and convenient.
