Chicken Bacon Ranch Casserole

Chicken Bacon Ranch Casserole is a meal the whole family will gladly devour! It's super easy to make with a mix of pasta, bacon, shredded chicken, creamy ranch sauce and plenty of cheese. An irresistible dinner that's simple enough for busy weeknights!

  • 12 ounces penne pasta
  • 8 lices Bacon divided
  • 3 cups chicken breast cooked
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1 ½ tablespoons ranch seasoning 1 packet
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese divided, shredded
  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese divided, shredded
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • parsley chopped for garnish, fresh

Instructions

  1. Prepare a 9x13-inch baking dish by spraying it with cooking spray, preheat an oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Cook 12 ounces penne pasta according to the package directions, drain, and set aside.
  2. While the pasta is cooking, cook 8 slices bacon, and chop it into 1 inch pieces, set half of this bacon aside.
  3. Shred the 3 cups cooked chicken breast and add it to a large bowl along with half of the chopped bacon, 2 cups Alfredo Sauce, 1 ½ tablespoons ranch Seasoning,½ of the 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, and half of the ½ cup shredded parmesan cheese,and salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Mix everything together well. Once the pasta is ready add it to the bowl and mix everything again, fully incorporating the pasta.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly. Sprinkle the remaining bacon, mozzarella cheese, and parmesan cheese on top of the dish.
  6. Bake uncovered for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is golden brown and bubbling. Remove from the oven and let it rest at least 5 minutes before sprinkling with fresh parsley, and serving.
