Ingredients

  • 2 cups white rice cooked
  • 2 cups chicken breast cubed, with fajita seasoning
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 12 oz black beans
  • ¼ cup radish chopped
  • ¼ cup tomato chopped
  • ¼ cup red onion chopped
  • ½ cup Mexican cheese blend shredded
  • ¼ cup cilantro chopped
  • ¼ cup romaine lettuce chopped
  • 1 lime
  • salsa optional add ons, or fajita veggies
  • corn
  • avocado

Instructions

  1. Pour olive oil on a low heated pan. Place cubed chicken into the pan, and cover for about 10 minutes. Flip every few minutes. Check on chicken, turn the heat up for a couple minutes until the internal temp is 165ºF.
  2. While this is covered wash and chop veggies
  3. Put cooked rice at the base in the bowl you are eating out of and then add the rest of the toppings.
  4. Once your bowl is built, enjoy!
