  • 1 teaspoon cumin

For the fajitas:

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil divided
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • pounds chicken breast cut into strips
  • 1 onion sliced, small
  • 1 green bell pepper sliced
  • 1 red pepper sliced

For serving:

  • flour tortillas warmed, Fajita sized
  • sour cream
  • cheese
  • salsa
  • cilantro chopped

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the cornstarch, chili powder, salt, paprika, sugar, onion powder, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, and cumin. Add one tablespoon of olive oil and the lime juice, and whisk to combine. Add the chicken breast to the seasoning mixture and toss to combine.
