Ingredients

  • 2 cups herbs cilantro, parsley, basil, mint, chopped
  • 3 garlic depending on how garlicky you like it, 4 cloves, minced
  • lemon zest
  • ½ - 1 red chilli or green chilli, very finely minced or chopped
  • lemon about 2 Tbsp, juice of a
  • 3 red wine vinegar 4 tablespoons
  • ¾ cup olive oil 1 cup
  • salt
  • black pepper

Instructions

  1. Add the ingredients together and mix to combine. Taste and adjust the seasoning to your preference. Store I a sterilized jar with a good seal in the fridge.
