Chocolate Avocado Pudding (vegan, dairy-free)

Chocolate Avocado Pudding blends ripe avocados with coconut milk, raw cacao powder, maple syrup, and vanilla to create a smooth, creamy dessert free from dairy and animal products. The pudding achieves a rich chocolate flavor and velvety texture without traditional cream or eggs. Toppings like chopped hazelnuts and sea salt add crunchy contrast and depth.

Description

This vegan, dairy-free chocolate avocado pudding relies on the natural creaminess of ripe avocados blended with full-fat coconut milk for a smooth base. Raw cacao powder provides chocolate intensity, balanced by maple syrup sweetness and enhanced with vanilla extract. The result is a pudding that is both velvety and flavorful without conventional dairy ingredients.

Blending until fully smooth ensures a silky texture. The final pudding is portioned into bowls and can be garnished with crunchy hazelnuts, which add texture, and flaked sea salt, which highlights the chocolate flavor with a subtle savory note. The chilled avocado preserves a fresh, light flavor while maintaining richness.

This pudding serves as a nutritious and indulgent dessert option suitable for those avoiding dairy or animal products, combining healthy fats with chocolate.

Choosing pyramid sea salt flakes for garnish creates a visually distinctive and flavorful finishing touch.
