Ingredients
- 3 cups icing sugar aka powdered sugar
- 3/4 cup cocoa powder unsweetened
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 2 large egg white
- 1 large egg
- 4 ounces dark chocolate or bittersweet, roughly chopped
- 3 tbsp cacao nibs optional
Notes
- * ensure the pans are at room temperature or colder. If warm, the batter will thin out and cookies will burn.
