Chocolate Chip Cheese Ball

The Chocolate Chip Cheese Ball combines softened cream cheese and butter with powdered and brown sugars, blended with vanilla, then shaped into a ball and covered in mini chocolate chips. This no-bake sweet spread offers a creamy, rich texture with sweet chocolate bites throughout, served chilled alongside cookies or pretzels.

Description

This no-bake dessert forms a sweetened cream cheese mixture sweetened with powdered and brown sugars for depth, flavored with vanilla extract. The mixture is chilled to firm up, then shaped into a ball and rolled in mini chocolate chips, creating a textured exterior. Chilling again sets the shape, allowing the flavors to meld and the fat to firm for easy slicing or spreading.

Chocolate Chip Cheese Ball serves as a fun, shareable dessert or snack when paired with crisp cookies or salty pretzels, balancing sweet and savory. Its creamy, sweet profile is rich and indulgent without baking, making it convenient for gatherings or last-minute treats.
