Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Protein Bites

These no-bake protein bites combine cashew butter, vanilla protein powder, oat flour, and mini chocolate chips to create a firm, cookie dough-like snack. The mixture is rolled into balls and chilled, yielding a dense, chewy texture that's ideal for a quick, high-protein treat. Sweetened lightly with syrup and granular sweetener, they offer a hint of vanilla with chocolate chip bits throughout.

Description

Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Protein Bites offer a compact, snackable way to enjoy familiar cookie dough flavors with added protein. The base of cashew butter and oat flour gives body and chewiness, while vanilla protein powder supports a sustained energy release. Mixing the ingredients requires some patience to fully incorporate the dry powders without crumbling, but adding a splash of milk can help reach the right consistency. Chilling the rolled bites firms them up, and storing in the freezer keeps them fresh and ready for a quick grab. They can be enjoyed on their own or paired with a beverage of choice as a supplemental snack during busy days.
