Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Pudding is a from-scratch brown sugar pudding that tastes just like cookie dough! This easy recipe is sure to become a family favorite dessert!

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups milk whole
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons butter unsalted
- 1-2 cups mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a saucepan, whisk together brown sugar, cornstarch, and salt. Whisk in whole milk.
- Cook over medium low heat, stirring constantly, until thickened, about 5 to 7 minutes.
- Remove from heat and whisk in vanilla and butter until the mixture is smooth and the butter has melted.
- Pour into a bowl and press plastic wrap directly on top of the pudding to prevent a skin from forming. Refrigerate 2 hours, until cold.
- Just before serving, fold in chocolate chips.
Notes
- Garnished with small chocolate chip cookies
