Using just 3 ingredients, make a delicious frozen treat with this Chocolate Covered Bananas recipe! Frozen bananas get dipped in chocolate and rolled in fun toppings.

Ingredients
- 4 bananas peeled and cut in half
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil optional
Optional Toppings
- white chocolate chips melted
- crushed peanuts
- Toasted Coconut
Instructions
- Insert a popsicle stick into the thicker end of each banana half. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Freeze for at least 2 hours.
- Melt chocolate chips in a heat-safe bowl in the microwave in 30 second intervals. Stir well between each interval. If you want a thinner chocolate coating, add in the coconut oil and stir well.
- Dip each banana into the chocolate and swirl it around to remove any excess.
- Roll in toppings while the chocolate is still wet. Place on a lined baking sheet.
- Allow the chocolate to set at room temperature. Once the chocolate sets, enjoy!
Notes

- Instead of dipping half bananas, you can cut the bananas into slices and dip each individual slice.
