This chocolate chip stuffed French toast combines the sweetness of traditional French toast with loads of melted milk chocolate!

Ingredients
- 8 lices white bread
- 4 large eggs
- ¼ cup milk
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 2 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup milk chocolate chips
Instructions
- Begin heating a large skillet over low-medium heat.
- In a small mixing bowl, beat eggs, milk, sugar, and cocoa powder together. It will take a bit to incorporate the cocoa powder.
- Dredge each slice in the egg mixture, allowing it to soak for about 5 seconds.
- Allow excess egg mixture to drip off and place dredged slices in your heated, greased skillet.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side or until they are golden brown.
- Place chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave in 30-second intervals until they are completely melted. Stir often.
- Spread a layer of chocolate in between two pieces of French toast to create a sandwich.
- Serve with toppings of your choice. (fruit, syrup, whipped cream, etc.)
