  • 1 1/2 Tablespoons peanut butter creamy
  • 1 Tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup ice

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients and blend well.
  2. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • If you use frozen banana decrease the amount of ice to 1/2 a cup
