These super simple and kid friendly Peanut Butter Chocolate Ritz crackers are the perfect no bake holiday treat that only require a few ingredients!

Ingredients
- 72 Ritz cracker (about 3 sleeves)
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 12 oz Chocolate Almond Bark or chocolate melting candy
Decoration (your choice of)
- 2 tablespoons Sprinkles
- 1 ounce White Almond Bark
- 2 teaspoons flakey salt
Instructions
- Make peanut butter sandwiches by putting a small dollop of peanut butter on a cracker and pressing a second cracker on top.
- Melt the almond bark by placing it in a microwave safe dish and microwaving in 30 second increments, stirring in between until melted and smooth.
- Roll out a large piece of parchment paper or wax paper. Use a fork to submerge each sandwich cookie in the chocolate then lift it out and tap to shake off any excess chocolate. Transfer the cookies to the parchment.
- Cookies can be left plain or decorated/garnished with your choice of sprinkles, white chocolate, or flakey salt. Make sure to add the garnish
