Juicy and delicious grilled Choripan, aka Chorizo Hot Dogs served with chimichurri sauce. The perfect food for parties and celebrations

Ingredients
For Choripanes
- 6 chorizo
- 6 Mini Baguettes toasted
For Chimichurri Sauce
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3/4 cup parsley fresh
- 2 garlic crushed, cloves
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 1 teaspoon red chili optional, hot
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
Instructions
For Chimichurri Sauce
- Place all ingredients in the food processor and pulse until the ingredients come together. Refrigerate until ready to use
For Choripanes
- Turn on your Philips smokeless grill
- Place chorizos and cook for 5 minutes on each side
- Remove from heat and serve inside a toasted mini baguette with chimichurri sauce
- Enjoy!
