Christmas Cake Pops (Crazy Easy)

Christmas Cake Pops blend crushed Cool Mint Oreo cookies mixed with cream cheese, shaped into balls, and dipped in white chocolate tinted green and decorated. The process includes chilling the mixture for firmness and inserting sticks for handling. Coated and decorated cake pops are refrigerated until serving, offering a sweet novelty treat with mint flavor and creamy texture.

Description

This dessert begins by pulsing Oreo cookies with softened cream cheese to form a creamy, cookie-flavored mixture. Chilling it in the freezer firms the mixture for easier shaping. Using an ice cream scoop, balls are formed and frozen again briefly to hold their shape. Sticks dipped in melted white chocolate are inserted to secure handles.

The white baking chocolate is melted and tinted green with food coloring, creating a festive coating. Each cake ball is dipped in this chocolaty coating and garnished with decorative sprinkles before setting upright to dry. The refrigerated cake pops maintain their shape and texture until served.

These cake pops use simple ingredients and straightforward steps that do not require baking, making them accessible for holiday treats. The mint-flavored Oreos combined with cream cheese provide a smooth, sweet center contrasting with the crisp chocolate shell. The decoration adds a festive touch suitable for Christmas celebrations.
