Ingredients
- 10 cups Rice Krispies cereal divided
- 1/2 cup butter divided
- 8 cups mini marshmallows divided
- 7 ounces marshmallow cream
- 1 cup Crushed candy canes peppermint flavored
- 3-4 drops Red food coloring
- 3-4 drops green food coloring

Instructions
- Lightly grease two (2) 13x18-inch baking sheets and set aside. Divide 10 cups Rice Krispies cereal into two large mixing bowls, with 5 cups of cereal in each bowl.
- Melt 1/4 cup of butter in a medium saucepan over low heat. Add 4 cups of mini marshmallows to the melted butter, stirring constantly until the marshmallows are completely melted and smooth. Stir in 3-4 drops red food coloring until the color is evenly distributed.
- Pour the red marshmallow mixture into one of the bowls of cereal. Use a rubber spatula to stir until all of the cereal is evenly coated. Transfer the Rice Krispies mixture to one of the prepared pans and press it evenly into the pan using a sheet of wax or parchment paper. Set aside.
- Repeat the process with the remaining 1/4 cup butter, 4 cups mini marshmallows, 3-4 drops green food coloring and pour over the remaining bowl of cereal, stirring to coat Press this second batch into the second prepared pan.
- To assemble, spread 7 ounces marshmallow cream evenly over the first sheet of Rice Krispies, covering edge to edge. Sprinkle 1 cup crushed candy canes over the marshmallow cream layer.
- To assemble and make the spirals, take one of the sheets of Rice Krispies and spread across it, from edge to edge, the 7 ounces marshmallow cream. Sprinkle across the marshmallow fluff layer the crushed up 1 cup crushed candy canes.
- Carefully place the second sheet of Rice Krispies on top of the marshmallow and peppermint layer. Use a lightly greased rolling pin to gently press the layers together.
- Starting from one long side, roll the Rice Krispies tightly, like a cinnamon roll. Once rolled, press gently to ensure all layers adhere.
- Using a sharp knife, slice the roll into pieces of your desired thickness. Serve and enjoy!
