Christmas Tree Fudge

Holidays are all about desserts for me and the best kind are simple and easy to make. Just like this Christmas Tree Fudge, you can whip it up in no time and it comes out chocolatey, silky smooth, creamy, and filled with vibrant colors.

Ingredients

Servings
  • 2 cups white baking chips
  • 16 oz vanilla almond bark divided
  • 1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract pure
  • Food Coloring Green oil-based
  • Sprinkles or yellow sprinkles, yellow star shaped
  • holiday sprinkles optional

Instructions

  1. Line an 8x8” square baking pan with parchment paper. Combine 2 cups white baking chips, 8 ounces of vanilla almond bark, 1 can sweeten condensed milk, and salt together in a double boiler. Heat over medium heat and melt until smooth, stirring regularly. Remove from heat and add the vanilla.
  2. Pour fudge into the prepared pan and let sit for 4-6 hours at room temperature or 2-4 hours in the fridge. Cut into 16 pieces. Once your fudge is set, heat 8 ounces of almond bark in 30-second increments until almost smooth. If there are a few lumps, use the residual heat to melt the chocolate so it doesn’t burn.
  3. Add about 8 drops of oil-based food coloring to the vanilla almond bark. Pour almond bark into a zippered bag and cut the tip-off. Drizzle over fudge to make a tree (start at the top and go back and forth with the drizzle - starting with small lines and getting bigger as you go to create a tree shape). Top with a star sprinkle and Christmas sprinkles on the tree!
