Ingredients
- 2 cups water
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 cup long grain white rice
- 1 teaspoon lime zest
- 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro , chopped
Instructions
- Bring the water to a boil, then stir in the butter and rice.
- Cover, reduce heat to low, and simmer until the rice is tender, about 20 minutes.
- Fluff rice with a fork.
- Stir in lime zest, lime juice, and cilantro to the cooked rice just before serving.
