Cilantro Lime Tacos are super yummy, healthy, and easy and quick to make for a perfect family dinner!

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pound tilapia fillets
- ½ cup Parmesan Cheese grated
- 2 seafood broth Swanson Flavor Boost concentrated, packets
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon cilantro I used a little more, fresh, chopped leaves
- 8 flour tortillas 6-inch or taco shells, warmed
- lettuce shredded cheese, avocado, diced red onions, sour cream, salsa, or cabbage, shredded, for topping
Instructions
- Coat each tilapia fillet with parmesan cheese
- Heat the oil in a 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat
- Add the fish and cook for 8 minutes or until it flakes easily when tested with a fork, turning over once halfway through the cooking time
- Add the concentrated broth, lime juice and cilantro to the skillet
- Break the fish into large pieces with a spoon, stirring to coat with the broth mixture
- Divide the fish mixture among the tortillas
- Top with the lettuce, cheese, avocado, onion, sour cream and salsa
