Cinnamon Bites Recipe
Description
The Cinnamon Bites Recipe transforms refrigerated biscuits into a pull-apart pastry with a buttery cinnamon-sugar coating. Biscuits are cut into quarters, dipped in cinnamon-sugar, placed close in a pan, and brushed with melted butter before baking. Baking at 350°F allows the bites to develop a light golden crust while staying soft inside. Once baked, a glaze of powdered sugar, melted butter, vanilla, and milk is poured over the warm bites, adding sweetness and a glossy finish.
The combination results in tender, sweet nuggets with a subtle crunch from the cinnamon-sugar coating. These bites can be served fresh and warm for breakfast or as a snack. The glaze adds moisture and sweetness that complements the biscuit base and spices.
Because the glaze is added while the bites are warm, it melts slightly into the top, creating a smooth layer. The recipe yields a compact 8x8 pan of these sweet treats perfect for sharing or storing.
